This gourmet handmade pasta is made with the finest soft wheat flour and yogurt from cultured, pasteurized, whole milk. It is naturally dried and passed through a sieve by hand which gives it a distinctive texture and flavor. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants. Fast cooking, trahan can be eaten on its own or mixed in other soups. We love trahanaas the ultimate comfort food, in a simple soup with a pat of butter mixed in, ready in a flash. We add freshly ground pepper and another dollop of yogurt for even more tang. Produced in Greece by Agrozimi a traditional family business since 1968. Comes in a generous 500g/17.6 oz and each package includes a recipe on the inside of the label.
