Uses: Mushrooms with LOTS of butter (of course!), risotto, pasta, steak, roasted veggies; brussel sprouts, carrots, & parsnips. Also great as a bread dipper, atop foccacia, and sprinkled on squash soup...play around with this salt for sure!
