The Single Malt is perhaps the most refined of all our barrel-aged maple syrups. Aged in previously used charred oak barrels from a small craft distillery outside of Chicago, the flavor of the spirit is crisp, clean and strong. Hints of smoke and cherry tease as our pure Vermont sweet maple finishes it off. Produced in extremely limited quantity, only a select fortunate few will experience our most sophisticated aged syrup.
