Available in two grades, Amber Rich and Dark Robust (former Grade B). Amber Rich is the traditional all-purpose grade that can be used as a topping on pancakes, ice cream, and oatmeal. Dark Robust (this used to be called Grade B) is often used for cooking and baking or wherever a stronger maple flavor is desired. But either grade works for any purpose and it just comes down to personal taste.
